Many understand and can share the science behind CNC technology. Others possess the creativity to explore the artistic opportunities which a CNC router grants. Ralph Bagnall is among the few who have mastered both.” -Todd Damon, President, Axiom Tool Group, Inc.

“This is a "Must Have" for anyone contemplating a CNC in their shop.
I purchased a CNC that according to the salesman- would make my other tools obsolete.
Ralph came and trained our staff and turned a "buyers remorse" decision into another valuable tool in our pattern shop.”
-Tom Lepisto, President, Hoyle Stone Products

Log Cabin Bird House Plans

Based on a popular children's building set we all grew up with, this design is easily adapted to building birdhouses and feeders.

Because the birdhouse and bird feeder are likely to be used outdoors, these plans have been designed to use dimensional cedar readily available at any home center. Cedar is a great choice for these projects because it is naturally insect and weather resistant. The building set's design allows for making the feeder and birdhouse shown, or any layout you can create with the logs.

When Ralph created his Log Cabin Building Set, he knew that the design would be a great basis for making birdhouses and feeders. But as they are outdoor items, he needed to rework the plans for outdoor use, and chose to use common cedar lumber because it is readily available at home centers.

In this book, Ralph provides all the information needed to create both a birdhouse and a bird feeder. The joy of this "building set" design, is that you can make as many parts as you wish, and arrange them in any size or shape you can imagine.

Book contains measured drawings and jig plans. We also included a bird chart to help you attract birds you desire.
